MAG Retail Group is led by a team with vast experience in the consumer products, retail, and powersports industries.
Kevin is currently the president for the MAG Retail Group (MRG) and is based in the corporate office located in Irving, Texas. He joined the company in this role in November of 2015. Surrounded by team members that are passionate about a power sport lifestyle, Kevin serves as lead evangelist for the 4 Promises. As such, he is driven to ensure that the MRG team members have the tools, talent and resources needed to deliver superior customer engagement and service. He orchestrates the strategic planning for the company through interaction and collaboration with all teams throughout MAG and MRG.
Kevin graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science, both in Accounting. Over the past 20 years he has built a record of success leveraging skills honed in marketing, merchandising, multi-channel operations and analytics. Kevin has been an eCommerce business leader, entrepreneur, and strategist for several multi-channel companies, and has held senior executive roles at CardsDirect.com, DealTaker.com, and Rackspace Hosting. He spent his early career in Big 4 auditing, corporate accounting and management consulting. He transitioned to eCommerce and digital marketing with JCPenney Direct (catalog and .com) early in their growth cycle. Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President, Global eCommerce and Digital Marketing for Rackspace Hosting - the #1 managed cloud company.
Born on the west coast – the same day the internet came to life - Kevin grew up in three amazing cities – San Francisco, Seattle and Austin. While in the Pacific Northwest Kevin was often out riding dirt bikes in the woods with friends. He transitioned into team sports playing soccer, football, baseball and basketball up to a varsity level. More recently, Kevin has fueled his motorsport passion in cars – racing various classes of cars on tracks around the U.S. and the world. He is eager to get back on a motorcycle and plans to do so in 2016. In his spare time, Kevin is actively engaged in the Dallas start-up community and mentors entrepreneurs on best practices to be more efficient in getting a company off the ground. Kevin currently lives in Frisco, TX with his wife, Michelle, and three children – one each in high school, middle school and elementary school.
Scott Huddleston currently serves as General Manager of Motorcycle Superstore and Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Analytics for MAG Retail Group, leading all financial aspects for both retail brands along with the strategy and tactical execution of business intelligence. Scott joined MAG Retail Group in 2013 as the Vice President of Marketing. Recently Scott took on additional responsibilities as the General Manager of Motorcycle Superstore responsible for the Brand’s strategy and P&L.
Scott brings expertise in Direct to Consumer Marketing (Catalog, eCommerce and Bricks & Mortar). Prior to joining MAG Retail Group Scott was the VP of Marketing at Harry & David, America’s leading food gift basket company, and was responsible for all marketing activities including eCommerce, Catalog, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing and Creative. Before moving to Oregon Scott worked for fourteen years at Eddie Bauer assuming progressively more responsibility. At the time Scott departed Eddie Bauer he was the Director of Direct Marketing with responsibilities for the Catalog, Email, Retail Direct Mail and driving Customer Acquisition and Retention strategies. Scott’s career started in Internal Audit and Finance roles which allowed him to gain an understanding of operations across the companies he worked for as well as bringing a financial perspective to Marketing activities. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting at Western Washington University.
Scott has been proud to make his wife and two man-boys (ages 20 and 23) a top priority, coaching baseball and soccer for both of them when they were younger and spending lots of time with the family camping, boating, swimming and attending events with them. Scott’s oldest son took a liking to motocross at an early age which ultimately resulted in Scott getting his first dirt bike when he was 32. Scott is now an avid fan of motocross, supercross and trails riding. Scott is now living his dream career combining his personal passion of motorcycles with his professional background in Marketing. Scott currently rides a KTM 350SX and in 2014 purchased his first street bike, a 2014 Yamaha Bolt.
Sean Laughlin currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for J&P Cycles and Motorcycle Superstore. He leads digital, brand marketing, and creative efforts to build demand for both businesses across sales channels (eCommerce, catalog and stores). Sean joined MAG Retail Group in 2016.
Sean is a veteran of the motorcycle industry and has led the marketing teams of some of the most valued brands in the world. Most recently, he was Vice President of Marketing for Traeger wood fired grills where he led Traeger’s efforts to become the fastest growing grill brand in 2015 within the United States. Prior to Traeger, Sean was with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. At H-D, his roles included brand marketing manager for Buell motorcycle; director of marketing for parts, accessories and apparel; and director of multichannel marketing strategy. Sean was instrumental in the planning and integration of H-D’s direct to consumer commerce launch in 2013.
Sean spent 10 years working for marketing agencies on brands including McDonald’s, General Motors and Trek Bicycle after graduating from the University of Iowa. He later transitioned to corporate marketing working for VF Corporation, directing the JanSport and Eastpak backpack portfolio.
Sean has been riding motorcycles for most of his adult life and is passionate about all segments of riding. He's owned sport bikes, enduros, as well as custom cruisers and has ridden some of the most storied roads and race circuits in North America. A lover of all things two-wheeled, he is also an avid cyclist. When not working, Sean can be found in Southlake, Texas compelling his wife and two children to ride with him.
Zach Parham currently serves as General Manager of J&P Cycles and Vice President of Merchandising for the MAG Retail Group, leading the product assortment and vendor relationships for both retail brands. He has grown up with J&P Cycles, his parents starting the company in 1979, working in distribution center, call center, and retail stores during high school and college. In 2007, he became the retail manager for the Iowa showroom. His responsibilities have grown as the company has. Since 2011, he has been the Vice President/General Manager of J&P Cycles.
Zach is passionate for all segments of motorcycling, understanding that offering the right product assortment for the motorcycle and the rider is the number one priority of the customer. He leads a team of enthusiast leaders that are focused on the different segments of riding and providing the best assortment of product and information to allow the rider to make an easy purchasing decision.
Zach earned two degrees from Wartburg College – Accounting and Business Administration with concentration in finance.
He grew up in Iowa riding dirt bikes and four wheelers with family and friends, and continues to enjoy the freedom of riding. Zach currently has KTM 350 and Harley Davidson Road Glide. He is always looking for people to join him riding various motocross tracks on the weekends or riding to Sturgis, South Dakota every year for the annual bike rally. When not riding motorcycles, his wife Bree and him spend time watching or coaching their two kids in the variety of sports they play.
